_crazy. make a scene, don't be afraid of being ridiculous, tacky, defy the social norm. make silly mistakes on purpose. create new words. resort to someone who's infallibly funny. laugh histerically. never, ever take it too seriously.
_haven. cocoon to your safe spot, comfort zone. indulge. favourite dvd with favourite fat, sugary treat, duvet, pjs. like there's no tomorrow. like nothing is as important as feeling good.
_pets. rolling on the ground type thing. unconditional love, licking and barking. they don't absorb work|traffic|são paulo related stress cause they just want to jump up and down.
_that one person who always knows what to say. maybe not the closest friend, not the ones imediately around. but someone who gets it, who will either scream or tell a joke and your liver instantly feels happy again.
_superficiality. read gossip, worry about actresses getting fat or couples breaking up. or the newest fashion trend. or how much would a chanel nail polish cost. the kind of problems that take the stressful stuff magically out of the way.
_kids. nothing puts things in perspective as the little ones. oblivious to all the pseudo-important things that cloud the mind. they just wanna hold your hand, plead and play. if that doesn't give a sense of what trully matters in life, nothing will.
